End User Terms for App Maker for Jira

1. Usage Rights and Restrictions

1.1. Users are granted the right to use App Maker for Jira ("the App") within their Atlassian product for the duration of their valid license, as defined via the Atlassian Marketplace.

1.2. The App must not be used: a) Outside of Atlassian products b) Without a valid license c) In any way that breaches this agreement or any agreement the user has with Atlassian

2. Data Processing and Security

2.1. User-generated data is processed and stored in Atlassian's Forge developer platform.

2.2. Data backup is conducted through the processes of the underlying Forge platform. We do not perform any additional backups beyond this.

3. Warranties and Disclaimers

3.1. No warranties are provided for the App, other than those explicitly required by law or our agreement with Atlassian as a marketplace partner.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

4.1. The App is a paid application, priced at $0.50 per seat for the customer's Jira site.

4.2. Free licenses are offered for customers with less than 10 seats.

4.3. A one-month free trial is available for all customers.

4.4. After the one-month free trial period, no refunds will be provided.

5. User Protections

5.1. Support is provided via support@product-forge.dev.

5.2. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Australian Eastern Time.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any loss of data or other consequences resulting from the use of the App, as we do not store any data ourselves.

6.2. Users acknowledge that all content created with our tool is user-generated, and they retain full control and responsibility for such content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Customers (or the original IP owners) retain all intellectual property rights for anything they create using the App.

7.2. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights to the App itself.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate a user's access to the App if they: a) Breach this agreement b) Breach their agreements with Atlassian c) Engage in any activity that would result in us breaching our agreements with Atlassian

8.2. Upon termination, a copy of all user data will be made available to the user, unless we are instructed otherwise by Atlassian or a court of law.

9. Updates and Modifications

9.1. App updates will be managed via the standard processes for updating Forge apps in the Atlassian marketplace.

9.2. Any changes to these terms will be published via the relevant pages on the Atlassian marketplace site.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes will initially be handled between us and the customer, with Atlassian potentially acting as a third-party mediator if needed.

10.2. The governing jurisdiction for any disputes will be the same jurisdiction that applies to the Atlassian subscription to which the App license is attached.

By using App Maker for Jira, you agree to these End User Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
